1. About Tovara
Tovara is an online platform that connects customers with independent tradespeople. Tovara does not carry out building or repair work and is not a party to any contract agreed between a customer and a tradesperson.
2. Customer Terms
By submitting a job through Tovara you confirm that: ● The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. ● You are authorised to request the work. ● You agree that your enquiry, including any photographs and relevant contact details, may be shared with selected tradespeople for the purpose of providing quotations or arranging the requested work. ● You understand that submitting a job does not guarantee that a tradesperson will contact you or provide a quotation. Customers are under no obligation to accept any quotation received.
3. Tradesperson Terms
By registering with Tovara you confirm that: ● The information you provide is accurate and kept up to date. ● You are responsible for ensuring you hold any licences, qualifications, certifications or insurance required for the services you offer. ● You will conduct business professionally and lawfully. ● You will only use customer information for responding to the relevant enquiry.
4. Lead Payments
Where applicable, tradespeople may be charged to access customer enquiries. Payment grants access to the customer information associated with that enquiry only. Payment is for access to the enquiry and does not guarantee: that the customer will proceed with the work; that you will win the job; that the customer will choose your quotation.Refunds or replacement leads may be considered where Tovara determines that a lead is invalid, such as where duplicate, fraudulent or clearly incorrect information has been submitted.
5. Independent Contractors
All tradespeople listed on Tovara are independent businesses. Tovara does not supervise, employ or control any tradesperson and accepts no responsibility for the quality, safety or outcome of any work carried out. Customers should make their own checks before appointing a tradesperson.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tovara shall not be liable for:● workmanship or services provided by tradespeople;● disputes between customers and tradespeople;● delays, cancellations or failure to complete work;● loss or damage arising from agreements made between customers and tradespeople.Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
7. User Conduct
Users must not:● submit false or misleading information;● upload unlawful, offensive or inappropriate content;● misuse the platform;● attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website.Tovara reserves the right to remove enquiries or suspend users who breach these Terms.
8. Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with the Tovara Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to These Terms

10. Governing Law
